Did you know that Valentine’s Day is this weekend? Yeah, well I completely forgot. Krista kept talking about it this morning, but for some reason I thought it was later in the month. Then the CEO of our company walked by and handed out chocolates and a Valentine’s note to all of us. I still thought it was later in the month. I finally realized that it was this weekend when I was trying to schedule a meeting for next Monday and noticed that my calendar said Sunday was Valentine’s Day in black and white.
Fortunately, it’s been long enough that it doesn’t bother me that I’m going to spend the 14th alone. It’s like any other day to me, but I hope that your Valentine’s Day is a stellar one.
So, it’s cold and rainy in North Texas. I fell in the mud while walking the dogs this morning. It sucked. Then Hana decided to jump on me and left muddy paw prints on my jacket. Good times.
